Jorai Laurenceo is an AI governance researcher from Hamilton, Bermuda, and the Founder & Executive Director of Laurenceo, an AI governance think tank based in Bermuda that he founded in 2026.

As a Business Systems Analyst intern at Rize Technologies (June to July 2026), he researched and wrote the company's Bermuda AI readiness report on what the BMA's governance frameworks and PIPA mean for local businesses adopting AI, and built a working autonomous video engine that turns written articles into finished video. Gilbert A. Darrell, CEO of Rize Technologies, wrote that "Hand him a problem and he comes back with a solution rather than a list of questions."
